1. PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT:
Deposits may be requested to start working on a file and to secure reservations for services such as flights, cruises, and hotels, as well as for certain peak travel periods. The need for deposits and the amount and conditions applying to them (refundable and non-refundable) will be mentioned by our specialists case by case at the time of travel planning and quoting.
DUBAI, INDIA, and SRI LANKA:
- If you make your booking more than 30 days prior to departure date, you can select to pay a full amount (100% of the tour price) or deposit (50% of the tour price).
- If you make your booking within 30 days to 17 days prior to departure date, you must make a full payment with 100% of the tour price.
Note:
All payments must be successfully completed within 17 days prior to departure date. If you fail to complete the payment of your booking less than 17 days prior to your departure date, we will consider it as cancellation and you will be charged 50% of the tour price.
Once a payment is received it is understood that you have read, understood, and accepted all of our Terms and Conditions.
AFRICA:
- If you make your booking more than 75 days prior to departure date, you can select to pay a full amount (100% of the tour price) or deposit (50% of the tour price).
- If you make your booking within 75 days to 63 days prior to departure date, you must make a full payment with 100% of the tour price.
Note:
All payments must be successfully completed within 63 days prior to departure date. If you fail to complete the payment of your booking less than 63 days prior to your departure date, we will reserve the right to treat the booking as canceled and you will envy cancellation charges 50% of the tour price.
Once a payment is received it is understood that you have read, understood, and accepted all of our Terms and Conditions.
EGYPT:
- If you make your booking more than 45 days prior to departure date, you can select to pay a full amount (100% of the tour price) or deposit (50% of the tour price).
- If you make your booking within 45 days to 33 days prior to departure date, you must make a full payment with 100% of the tour price.
Note:
All payments must be successfully completed within 33 days prior to departure date. If you fail to complete the payment of your booking less than 33 days prior to your departure date, we will consider it as cancellation and you will be charged 50% of the tour price.
Once a payment is received it is understood that you have read, understood, and accepted all of our Terms and Conditions.
VIETNAM:
- For Tour bookings made more than 30 days before the departure date: You can select to pay a full amount (100% of the tour price) or deposit (50% of the tour price) and pay the remaining 50% at least 17 days before the departure date.
- For Tour bookings made within 30 days to 17 days before the departure date: Please pay 100% of the tour price at the time of booking.

All payments must be successfully completed at least 17 days prior to departure date. If you fail to complete the payment of your booking less than 17 days prior to your departure date, we will consider it as cancellation, and you will be charged 50% of the tour price.

2. HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT:
All credit card transactions are secured by TLS/SSL technology, and we comply with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard) for all online transactions.
Make payment by credit/debit card with just 5 simple steps:
- Choose to pay the Full Amount or Deposit on the website or via payment link which sent from our domain @gtrip.travel (Deposit may not be available because it depends on the time length prior to departure date since the moment you decide to pay your booking)
- Fill in the Personal Billing Information: Name, Email, Country, City, Address
- Fill in the Credit Card or Debit Card Information: Card Holder, Card Number, Expiration Date, and CVV/CVC
- Read & agree with the Terms and Conditions, Fees and Payment Process.
- Click "Continue"
When you are on the payment page, the OTP Code is required to complete the online payment process.
Notes:
- When your transaction has already proceeded successfully, you will see the confirmation page and receive a confirmation email for your order.
- In some cases, your transaction may be not successful due to:
- In correct card information
- Not enough credit balance (daily or monthly)
- Your card has not been activated for online payment. You should contact the Issuer Bank for the card activation.
- In case you input the correct card information but did not receive the transaction result from the payment gateway or from us. Please do not try to make other payments. Contact us to get the transaction result and confirmation of the order.
